Aptos Labs Appoints First Chief Business Officer, Strengthening RWA and Stablecoin Leadership
BlockBeats News, July 10th, According to official sources, Aptos Labs announced today that it has appointed former Head of Capital Markets Solomon Tesfaye as Chief Business Officer (CBO), responsible for driving on-chain innovation in global markets, payment infrastructure, and enterprise systems, deepening institutional partnerships, further strengthening Aptos' leading position in the RWA and stablecoin fields, and accelerating global business expansion.
The establishment of the new position marks Aptos' entry into a new stage of growth, continuing to advance the landing and application of the global transaction engine. Currently, Aptos' on-chain RWA scale has exceeded $540 million, ranking among the top three public chains globally. With the upcoming US regulatory framework for tokenization and ongoing in-depth dialogues with policymakers, institutional expectations for the adoption of on-chain finance are expected to further increase.
Solomon has played a key role in expanding Aptos' institutional business development, leading the preparation for Aptos' US spot ETF and establishing deep partnerships with the world's top financial technology companies. In the future, he will continue to drive markets and application scenarios in key areas such as RWA, stablecoins, and payments, continuously solidifying Aptos' position as a leader in on-chain financial infrastructure globally.
