Odaily News Sequans Communications SA (NYSE: SQNS), a US-listed company, announced the completion of a $384 million strategic investment and will launch the previously announced Bitcoin Treasury Plan. The financing includes $195 million in PIPE financing and $189 million in convertible bonds, and all net proceeds from the issuance will be used to purchase Bitcoin.
